Privacy at FL1Ai.
This page explains the limited information collected through inquiries and how to request access or deletion.
Effective July 16, 2026
A limited-data approach to website inquiries.
FL1Ai does not sell inquiry information and does not use free-text application content for advertising.
Information collected
The common required inquiry fields are your selected reason, name, email, message, and consent. Founder, Operator/Pilot, and Partner requests also require organization, role, and desired timeline; those business-context fields are optional for General, Privacy, Accessibility, Legal, and Correction requests. The form records the source path that brought you to it. Technical security records may include request time, origin, approximate network address, response status, and abuse signals.
Purpose and processors
FL1.AI, LLC uses inquiry information to evaluate fit, respond, prevent abuse, secure delivery, and maintain an accountable record. Vercel hosts the site and function. Supabase is the record processor for accepted inquiry records. Resend is the notification processor that sends accepted inquiry notices to the responsible owner.
Deterministic handling
Deterministic validation and routing rules assign handling labels such as Priority or Review after structural and spam checks. Those labels direct review order; they do not automatically deny a request. Obvious spam is suppressed before a record containing personal data is stored, so suppressed spam is not retained with personal data.
Retention and rights
Accepted inquiry records are kept for 12 months, then deleted or processed through anonymization, unless a documented legal hold requires retention. Use the Contact form for privacy, access, or deletion requests, the Accessibility route to report a barrier, the Legal route for legal matters, or the Correction route to correct information.
Analytics
Site analytics receive page and event categories, not names, email addresses, organizations, roles, message text, timelines, or estimator values.
